During the harvest season, the people of our country traditionally devote their free time to harvesting fresh berries and vegetables for future use. From fresh products not only delicious pickles, salads and jams, but also delicious alcoholic drinks are obtained. - cherry – three kilograms;
- vodka – two and a half liters;

Pouring cherries on vodka is prepared for six weeks, so be patient. The result will surpass all your expectations, as well as give a lot of positive emotions.
So, let’s get down to business. Rewind fresh ripe berries, rinse them well, remove all twigs and leaves. We do not recommend removing the bones, since they will give the food a rich taste and aroma. Sprinkle cherries in clean three-liter jars and fill them with vodka, diluted with pure spring water.
If you want to get a fairly strong drink, then the berries should occupy only half the free space of the container. For the “ladies'” filling, fill the cherry cans with “hangers”.
Pour at room temperature for at least two weeks. When the specified time has passed, you will notice obvious changes. The liquid level will decrease and its color will change. Strain the drink through a sieve and two layers of gauze, and return the berries to jars and fill them with sugar.
After another two weeks, strain the contents of the cans, and then mix the secreted juice with the liquid that was obtained in the first stage. “Male” (strong) version is completely ready for use, but with “female” liqueur you need to work a little more.
So, send the berries back to the cans and fill them with unboiled spring water. Do not forget to periodically shake and turn the dishes. After 14 days, drain the liquid and connect it with strong liqueur.
“Lady’s” liqueur is characterized by a sweet taste, in which there is a small acidity.
It is very pleasant to drink, but it is not worth taking a drink. Excess of a modest “female” dose threatens with a headache and loss of strength for the next day.

How to prepare a liqueur for alcohol

- fresh or frozen cherries – one kilogram;
- sugar – two glasses;
- alcohol – one and a half liters.

- Process and pick berries, remove all branches and leaves. Fill the cherry cans and pour in the alcohol. Cover the dishes with nylon caps and send it to a cool place for 14 days.

Combine the berries with sugar and return it back to the jars. After a while, add a little water to the cherry and leave it alone for two weeks.

Homemade drink of two ingredients

So, how to make cherry pouring at home?
To begin with, flush the three-liter jars from the outside and inside thoroughly. After that, put a few berries in them and fill them with sugar. Repeat this operation until the dishes are filled to 70%.
Close the jars of gauze, folded in several layers, and then fasten the “covers” with a paper band. Send the workpieces to a warm place for three or four days.
When the active fermentation process begins, remove the gauze and put a medical glove in its place. Do not forget to make a puncture on the “finger” so that the rubber does not burst. Again, send the jars to the heat and do not touch them for three weeks.
When the gloves begin to be deflated, strain the secreted juice with the same gauze or special lid (there should be convenient holes in it). Return the berries to clean jars and again fill them with sugar.
The taste of the finished beverage will depend on the correct ratio of ingredients. Therefore, sugar should be at least 30% of the total volume of berries.
Pour into the jars clean cool water (not boiled), and then send the blanks to the pantry for one month. After about 30 days, strain the liquid and pour them into a suitable container.
