Prepare the ingredients:
- cherries without pits – 400 gr;
- cream 10-12% fat content – 1 cup;
- granulated sugar – 125 g;
- fresh milk – ½ cup;

Instead of cream, you can use high fat milk, plus 30 grams of melted butter.
All ingredients carefully mix the whisk and leave the dough in the refrigerator for 60-90 minutes.
Before baking, we prepare the mold. Lubricate it with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. For such a quantity of products a baking tray with a diameter of 24 cm is suitable.
Pour into the mold half the dough and put in the oven for a few minutes at t = 180o.
On the hardened layer we spread the cherry and fill the remaining dough.
We bake a cake for about 40-50 minutes at t = 180o. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. When the cherry dainty comes out of the oven, it will settle a little.
It is undesirable to take hot pie out of shape! It can turn into a cherry blossom!
Serve to the table can be portioned with sugar powder and a ball of vanilla ice cream.
